Our Community

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to our home here at Landmark Towers at Sand Key.  We hope you will feel at home soon in your new surroundings. To help acquaint you with the community we have put together some information you will need.  Landmark Towers is comprised of two towers Tower I has 144 units, and Tower II has 72 units. All Landmark Towers units have an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Landmark Towers is proud to be a self-managed community for over 30 years.

Amenities:

*We have two pools, Jacuzzi’s and two tennis courts that can be used by owners in both buildings.

*Both towers have Spectrum basic cable, (1) cable box, and internet paid for in your assessments.

*Water is paid in your monthly assessments

*We have 24-hour 7 day a week gate security

*Walking distance to the beautiful Sand Key Park

*Great restaurant right across the street, and at Clearwater beach

Office Hours:  The Association office is open Mon-Wed-Fri from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM and Tue-Thu from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM.
